Snow days and pjs and all the peanut butter pancakes. That’s what our week was made of. We welcome the first day of spring here in Connecticut with another Nor’easter. Which, having lived here most of my life, is pretty par for the course.
Our Easter Picks
It feels like only yesterday my sister-in-laws and I had our annual "who wants to host Easter" talk; and the holiday felt like eons away. I think we all got an eye roll or two from our S.O’s, too. But that’s besides the point. Because time flies by these days; and just like that, Easter is a little over a week away.

Trees came down, power was out, and we were left without cable and internet for a full three days. I had a few friends in town, so I was a bit nervous at the thought of hosting without our intended Netflix documentary marathon to keep us entertained.

This week MM battled her first real stomach bug.
In terms of bugs, it wasn't all that bad. But it still hurt my heart to watch her struggle and feel so uncomfortable in her body. If only for 24 hours.
And it got me thinking about taking care of ourselves as mamas...
