There was a time, not so long ago, when I struggled to find the magic in this mess- in this diagnosis we were so petrified by.

And then, something changed…

We had heaps of leftover corn on the cobb from our Memorial Day BBQ, so I decided to {finally} try my hand at a mexican street corn dish.

Over the last several years I’ve gone in and out of reading phases- there was a stint where I went years without picking up a book. But in the last few years, I’ve picked it up again to varying degrees.
